COVID-19 Corona Virus Information
We realize it is critical to reduce social contact due to the present situation, and we also want to make sure our clients are receiving the best customer service possible under the circumstances . We intend to keep our offices open unless ordered by the government to temporarily close, in which case we will all be working from home. Please consider the following temporary guidelines for contacting us for the duration of the crisis:
1. Need to contact the office? Please call any of our phone numbers, as all of our employees may be reached from any of our numbers. Consider also contacting us through our online client portal system, which is more secure than regular email. Please call us with any questions about the portal or to be added to the system.
2. Need to drop off documents? Please consider faxing them to any of the offices, as we receive our faxes by email. You can also use our client portal system to upload documents to us. If neither of these options work for you, please contact us to arrange to bring them in to an office. We may ask that you leave the documents for us to process and then pick them up later.
3. Have an appointment? Consider whether a teleconference would work for you. Our conferencing system can handle up to 1000 participants! Of course, certain meetings, such as signing estate planning documents require an office meeting. If you would prefer to meet in person, please be assured that we are disinfecting our conference rooms before every meeting.
4. If you are feeling sick, we ask that you not come into the office, and either reschedule or utilize the teleconference option as appropriate.
In this unprecedented time, we remain focused on the well being of our clients and employees. We hope that you and your families stay safe and healthy.
